JumpStart Implementation
In the interest of minimizing any disruption to your operations, and to help you get up-and-running fast, the Medi Group has devised a simple, yet effective, implementation strategy that adds value and maximizes the return on your solution investment. We call this our JumpStart implementation process and it is accomplished in the following two (2) phases:
Phase 1: Preparation & Planning During the preparation and planning we work with you using web conferencing to review each key area of the system and help you define and/or revise your coding schemes. During this phase, clients often use this opportunity to reassess their existing chart of accounts, coding structures for clients, vendors, price lists, and other master data.
For significant time savings, spreadsheets can be created with this master data. And, because so much information is usually duplicated across different entities, it is very easy for us to simply copy and paste.
Phase 2: Loading the database Next, we will take your spreadsheets, convert them to ASCII files and then import them into your new SilentPartner database. Over a two-week period, you can develop the requisite master files so when we deploy the software and database, you are ready to begin immediate use of SilentPartner. It is a tremendous benefit. |
