Live support The Médi Group provides unlimited live customer service via telephone, email, and web conferencing. Customer support is available between 9 AM EST and 6 PM EST. A customer service station is located in the Central time zone to meet the needs of our national customer base.
Software Upgrades and Enhancements Count on us to keep you current, from minor software maintenance to major releases. You’ll receive continual updates and enhancements to your software as long as you are a supported user.
eForum online support To expedite inquiries and respond more rapidly to user requests, while providing a means for timely user-requested product enhancements, we offer SilentPartner eForum. This first-of-its-kind online customer support and user community allows everyone in the organization to search for previous questions in the database and/or alert the need for customer support.
