Cynthia McCarthy
President & CEO

Cynthia Mady McCarthy is the founder, president, and CEO of the Médi Group, Ltd. Ms. McCarthy has a twenty year record of achievement in information systems and strategic information management through consulting and private industry positions.

Since The Médi Group’s inception in 1988, Ms. McCarthy has been instrumental in creating and improving SilentPartner, an integrated enterprise project management and accounting solution designed for professional services firms and project-oriented businesses.

Prior to starting the Médi Group, Cindi was a Vice President for ISI (Now Thomson ISI), the largest scientific publisher in Philadelphia and an established leader in providing access to high-value, essential information for researchers and scholars worldwide.

Before ISI, Cindi was a manager in a top five management consultancy and accounting firm. In this capacity, Ms. McCarthy was responsible for developing strategic systems and business plans for a variety of industries; facilitating business objectives through effective use of technology and information management; conducting technological assessments; planning, selecting, and implementing new software and hardware acquisitions; managing information systems professionals; and developing software products and internally used application systems.

She also sat on the Board of Directors for the Application Development Center at the University City Science Center in Philadelphia.

Cindi graduated with honors and obtained her B.S. in Management Information Systems at Northeastern University.
Natalie Sudall
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Natalie Sudall is responsible for overseeing the company’s resources and internal operations to ensure continued profitability and growth. Before joining The Médi Group, Natalie worked for The Pep Boys Corporation, where she acquired over 10 years of experience with financial accounting, treasury management, operations administration, and project management.
Natalie attended Philadelphia University and graduated Summa Cum Laude, earning a B.S. degree in Accounting. She joined Médi Group, Ltd. in 2006, and has been instrumental in handling all financial and operational needs of the company, as well as developing a business continuity plan.
